About Our Client

Our client is a small property business with exciting plans to grow over the next 12-24 months. Being a family office, you'll be given access to work across the full business in a close-knit office environment.

Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor cash flow and optimise financial performance.
  • Manage the payroll process.
  • Work closely with a team of external accountants.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience working in a small company, SME environment.
  • Previous experience working within property & real estate is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of key accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • The ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial challenges.
  • Possess the ability to prioritise and organise workloads efficiently.
