Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the year-end audit process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance within the business services/technology industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA or working towards these.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
