Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
  • Supervise and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Implement and improve financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What's on Offer

  • Salary ranging from £63,000 to £77,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • 30 days of holiday, not including bank holidays.
