Job Description

  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and monitor expenditure against set budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Oversee payroll and manage pension contributions.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • International Finance Experience.
  • Experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Experience of previous line management is desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
