Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage and improve financial systems and controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Support decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Ensure efficient cash flow management and cost control practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in accounting and finance within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software.
