Job Description

To be successful as a Financial Controller, you should bring:

  • Significant experience in financial control/management accounting.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management; calm under pressure.
  • Friendly, approachable, and self starting, comfortable taking ownership and using initiative.
  • Strong problem solver: spots issues early, proposes pragmatic solutions, exercises sound judgement.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates well and asks the right questions.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change.
  • Commercially aware with a keen eye for growth opportunities and margin protection.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Outlook).

A successful Financial Controller should have:
