Job Description

  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets to aid strategic planning.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the organisation.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial data effectively.
  • The ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks.
  • A relevant professional qualification or working towards one.
