As an FP&A Analyst in Peterborough you will help the Accounting & Finance department understand financial performance across the technology business. You will bring clear analysis to day-to-day planning and reporting, helping colleagues make informed decisions.

Job Description

  • Prepare financial analysis to give colleagues a clear view of business performance.
  • Support planning activities.
  • Produce regular reporting that helps teams monitor financial results.
  • Maintain accurate analysis and reporting materials for internal use.
  • Review financial information and highlight key movements for discussion.
  • Work with finance colleagues to gather relevant information for planning and reporting.
  • Present financial findings in a clear, practical format for decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'FP&A Analyst' should have:

  • Experience producing financial analysis and management information.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and explain key findings clearly.
  • CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, either completed or in progress.
  • Experience supporting financial planning and reporting activities.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing financial information.
  • Ability to organise data and maintain accurate reporting records.
  • Confidence working with colleagues across an Accounting & Finance function.
