Job Description

  • Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and models to aid business planning.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and processes.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of board presentations and investor materials.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and develop a small team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and using financial software.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
