Job Description

  • Critique the current finance function and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Review processes, team structure, and reporting robustness.
  • Enhance project reporting, WIP management, and progress applications.
  • Develop a succession plan for the retiring incumbent and advise on future hiring needs.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in contract/project-based businesses with WIP exposure.
  • Experienced Fractional Finance Director with experience in owner managed SME's
  • Ability to lead change, improve financial processes and provide financial robustness to a fast growing business



What's on Offer

  • Outside IR35 contract- flexible on rate
  • Circa 6 months role, part time
