Job Description

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate potential sponsors and funding partners.
  • Manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefits are delivered.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospective sponsors.
  • Track and report on fundraising performance to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational goals.
  • Research and stay informed about trends in fundraising and sponsorship within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising and sponsorship regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fundraising and Sponsorship Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in fundraising and sponsorship management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and best practices.
