The team advises on sophisticated private investment fund matters and offers exposure to high-quality, international work.Job DescriptionThe Private Funds Paralegal will support the team across the full lifecycle of private investment funds, including:Assisting with private fund formation, closings, investments and transactionsDrafting and reviewing fund formation and subscription documentsAssisting with private placement memoranda and related documentationSupporting regulatory matters, including AIFMD and UK and EU requirementsManaging closing checklists, signatures and document executionLiaising with clients, investors and external service providersConducting legal and regulatory researchMaintaining fund documentation, trackers and electronic filesProviding wider transactional and administrative support to the teamThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be degree educated with excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills. You will be highly detail-oriented, resilient and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
