Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries in German and English via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Process customer orders and manage any changes or updates efficiently.
  • Organising delivery of goods for all orders and communicating with transport companies and warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple orders and ensure deliveries are on time.
  • Provide product information and support to customers as required.
  • Handle complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist in improving processes to enhance the customer service experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator should have:

  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with sales order processing and experience using SAP.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
