Job Description

Your key success factors:Leadership and team development: Raise the strength and impact of Human Capital teams and leaders across the Group.Talent management: Strengthen the Group talent engine through better hiring, stronger pipelines, and greater internal mobility.Leadership depth: Build stronger leadership continuity through solid successor coverage and deeper internal leadership depth.Culture: Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, discipline, trust, humility, teamwork, and results-driven.Group HC standards and cross fertilisation: Raise Group Human Capital standards by spreading strong practices across businesses and geographies.Trusted partner to our stakeholders: Build trusted, high-value partnerships with CEOs and members related to People Governance, to strengthen people outcomes and business performance.

 

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Chief People Officer should have:Degree in Business Management or related field from a recognised institution.

15+ years' experience in Human Capital management, including senior leadership roles.

Strong background in organisational transformation across local and international contexts.

Proven ability to build and develop high‑performing Human Capital teams.

Effective at working across diverse businesses, contexts, and stakeholder groups.

Practical, business‑oriented mindset with strong execution discipline.

High personal standards, humility, and reliability.Trusted people leader who inspires teams and raises performance levels
