Hybrid Working available.Job DescriptionThe Group Finance Manager will own the Group close, consolidation and reporting across the UK, US and France in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102). Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role leads the monthly close, manages the Group audit, and oversees Group tax, intercompany and treasury, while helping professionalise the finance function as the Group grows through M&A.Own the Group close process, ensuring all teams close by working day 5/6 each month and periods are locked on scheduleOversee the monthly Group consolidation and oversee balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure any board deliverables are delivered on timeLead the Group audit with the regional Finance leads and auditors, delivering signed accounts within 2-3 months of year endOversee annual consolidated accounts and the transition to amended FRS 102.Contribute to the ongoing improvements within the group controls over sales tax.Managing multiple deadlines and priorities across a fast moving organisation.Manage Group tax projects with advisors, including UK structure simplification and intercompany formalisationOwn intercompany: monthly, transfer pricing and clearing historic balances.Oversee Group Treasury, including cash forecasting, banking relationships and FXPut guard rails in place (treasury / intercompany policy, bank mandates, HMRC compliance, payment approvals)Identify and deliver improvements to the treasury function.Support with ad hoc analysis to the Group FCMaintain Group accounting policies and controls and provide technical guidanceIntegrate acquisitions into Group reporting and controls partnering where necessary with the US Finance team.Oversee the Group reporting function and the cash allocation transactional team to ensure concerns are addressed and any future development in the systems is well thought out.The Successful ApplicantACA or ACCA qualified, with ideally 3 years' post-qualification experienceGroup consolidation experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency businessAudit background preferredStrong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRSWorking knowledge of group tax, intercompany and treasuryExperience with NetSuite or a similar ERP; strong Excel skillsPE-backed experience is desirableExcellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detailStrong organisational and problem solving skillsWhat's on Offer* Salary £75,000 - £85,000* 10 % Bonus* Private medical care* Gym membership.* 25 days holiday + bank holidays* Parking - Available on site* Accessible from Harlesden, Park Royal, North Acton or Acton Main Tube/Train Stations* Excellent progression opportunities* Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after the initial period.* Pension - NEST pension, 3% employer and 5% employee* Hours 8.30-5.30 or 9.00 - 6.00If this role is of interest, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
