With continued investment in technology, platforms, and global expansion, the Group is positioning itself as a leading player in the future of well-being.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will likely have the follow repsonsibilites: Financial Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic financial insight to senior leadership to support growth and decision-makingPartner with key stakeholders across the business to enhance financial performanceSupport business planning and long-term financial strategyFinancial Control & Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting at Group levelManage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processesLead multi-currency consolidation of Group accountsEnsure compliance with IFRS and all relevant accounting standardsGovernance, Risk & Compliance: Lead IFRS audit processes and manage external audit relationshipsEnsure compliance with tax, regulatory, and internal control frameworksIdentify financial risks and implement mitigation strategiesProcess & Systems Improvement: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiencyOptimise finance systems and reporting processesTeam Leadership: Lead and develop the finance function across multiple business unitsBuild a high-performing team culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvementCorporate Finance:Support mergers, acquisitions, and wider corporate finance initiativesThe Successful ApplicantThe Successful candidate will likely have the following profile:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Strong IFRS expertise, including audit experienceProven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a Group structureStrong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance frameworksExperience working with financial systems and ERP platforms Skills & Attributes:Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumenProven leadership and team development capabilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat's on OfferThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits.
