Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic eCommerce sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the online sales channels and ensure optimal performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer journey.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with key eCommerce platforms and partners.
  • Ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies with overall business goals within the FMCG industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of eCommerce should have:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online sales strategies and digital marketing.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
