This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER leader to shape and drive the employee relations agenda within a complex, values-led organisation.The role is based in Wolverhampton, 2 days a week onsite.Job DescriptionAs Head of Employee Relations, you will lead the ER function, providing strategic and operational expertise across a broad range of employee relations matters.
