Identify, target, and pursue prospective clients and partners across priority sectorsBuild and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline of new business opportunitiesGenerate outbound opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreachManage inbound leads from first contact through to qualified opportunityLead early-stage new business conversations - articulating the business's proposition clearly and compellinglyCoordinate internally with the MD and Account Director to build commercially sound and deliverable proposalsMaintain a sharp understanding of trends, challenges, and opportunities within the BPO and outsourced services marketIdentify new sectors, geographies, or service lines that represent credible growth opportunitiesThe Successful ApplicantAbout You 3-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or commercial role ideally within a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environment.
