Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsWorking for a high growth market leading SaaS consultancyUnique opportunity to join a scaling businessAbout Our ClientOur client are UK based SME SaaS consultancy specialising in AI-powered digital transformation, CRM consultancy and cloud based solutions for the public sector and regulated industries.They are growing at pace due to their unique professional service and product offering.They are looking to hire a Product Marketing Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing on go to market plans for the product proposition.Job DescriptionProduct Marketing Lead:Go-to-Market ExecutionExecute go-to-market plans for new product launches, significant feature releases and market expansions, in line with the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy defined by the Head of Product Marketing.Develop detailed launch execution plans covering audience segmentation, channel requirements, messaging and success criteria.Coordinate cross-functional GTM readiness across Product, Sales and Marketing Communications teams for all launches.Support the execution of campaigns that drive product awareness, trial and pipeline growth, briefing Marketing Communications clearly on requirements.Positioning & MessagingMaintain and update the DMSS product positioning and messaging framework across the full product portfolio, in line with the architecture defined by the Head of Product Marketing.Translate complex product capabilities and AI-enabled features into clear, benefit-led narratives that resonate with target buyers and users.Ensure consistent messaging across all customer-facing materials, channels and touchpoints.Partner with the Head of Product Marketing, Head of Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure messaging reflects validated customer insight and solution narratives.Develop product-specific messaging documents, value propositions and persona narratives for use across Sales and Marketing.Market & Competitive IntelligenceExecute the market and competitive intelligence programme defined by the Head of Product Marketing: gathering, analysing and synthesising insight on a regular cadence.Conduct buyer persona research, customer interviews and market analysis to maintain a current understanding of target segments and customer pain points.Monitor competitor messaging, positioning, campaigns and market presence, producing regular competitive intelligence reports and battle card updates.Analyse win/loss data and customer feedback to identify patterns that should inform positioning and GTM strategy.Synthesise intelligence into clear, actionable briefings for the Head of Product Marketing, Product team and Sales. Sales EnablementDevelop and maintain the full suite of sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, solution briefs and objection-handling guides.Ensure Sales teams are equipped with current, accurate and compelling materials to position and sell products effectively.Work with the Head of Solutions Engineering and Solutions Engineers to ensure customer facing collateral is aligned with validated solution narratives and use cases.Product Adoption & Feature MarketingExecute marketing strategies to drive adoption of new and existing product features, in line with the approach defined by the Head of Product Marketing.Track and measure feature adoption metrics, providing regular reporting on uptake and the effectiveness of adoption programmes.Develop in product, email and content led campaigns that communicate feature value to existing customers.Work with Product and Customer Success to identify adoption barriers and develop targeted campaigns to address them.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate:Understanding of the UK public sector procurement landscape and its key buyer personas.Proven experience executing GTM strategies for B2B software products, with measurable outcomes.Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain product positioning and messaging for technically complex products.Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis and customer insight work at a regular cadence.Proven ability to create high quality sales enablement materials and product marketing content across multiple formats.Experience measuring and reporting on product adoption and marketing campaign effectiveness.Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, particularly within the public sector or highly regulated industries.Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for multiple audiences.Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working across Product, Sales and Marketing teams without formal authority.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations.Degree level or equivalent extensive commercial experience.Business and Professional services experienceWill have access to LondonWhat's on OfferWe are looking to hire at head of or Manager/Lead level depending on experience.ContactRebecca MooreQuote job refJN-102026-7120719Phone number+44 20 7269 2146Job summaryJob functionMarketing & AgencySubsectorBusiness ServicesSectorBusiness ServicesWhereLondonContract typePermanentConsultant nameRebecca MooreConsultant phone+44 20 7269 2146Job referenceJN-102026-7120719Job NatureRemote
