Job Description

As Head of Revenue Operations, the role will involve:

  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive organisational growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Analyse revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and manage reporting frameworks to track performance metrics.
  • Lead process optimisation initiatives to improve revenue generation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Revenue Operations should have:

  • A proven track record in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership roles (global scope preferred).
  • Background in high‑growth B2B SaaS, IT, data/analytics organisations.
  • You must be hands-on as this is a newly created role so is in build phase.
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial operating cadence.
  • Hands‑on experience of Salesforce and GTM technology ecosystems.
  • Strong experience in enablement, onboarding, and sales methodology implementation.
  • Proven capability in quota & territory planning, compensation design, and deal desk leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategy.
  • Based near Stockholm, the business operates a hybrid working model.
