Job Description

  • Lead HR transformation projects from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and training to support staff through changes.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in HR change management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change/Transformation Lead should have:

  • Experience in leading change or transformation projects, particularly in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
