Job Description

  • Partner with Directorate and Trust leaders to deliver strategic and operational workforce plans aligned to organisational priorities
  • Lead on workforce planning, change initiatives, and people impacts of growth or transformation
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and constructive challenge to senior leaders
  • Manage employee relations and medical staffing matters within the Directorate
  • Develop and implement HR policies and workforce interventions at Directorate and Trust-wide level
  • Use workforce data and analytics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Act as the key link between the Directorate and Corporate Workforce & OD teams
  • Contribute as a senior leader to the Trust's Workforce & OD strategy and leadership team

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within UK and NHS.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and making informed recommendations.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and change management.
  • Capability to deliver HR strategies aligned with business needs.
