Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Managing day‑to‑day HR administration, onboarding, contracts and employee records
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing confident, people‑focused support
  • Coordinating recruitment activity and supporting hiring managers
  • Leading and developing a small HR admin team, ensuring workloads are balanced and standards stay high
  • Supporting employee relations processes and contributing to policy updates
  • Working closely with managers to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
