Job Description

  • Lead and manage people change and transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support organisational transitions.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project performance and outcomes.
  • Support the Human Resources department with additional transformation initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing change and transformation projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
