Interim Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in the success of this international manufacturing business.Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FBP will be responsible for;

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Report on the Manufacturing P+L across the UK
• Develop better reporting around Gross Margins
• Drive solid forecasting throughout the Manufacturing plants in the UK.
• Act as the key point of contact for the Operations Director and their teams.
• Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Deliver periodic financial reports and forecasts to management.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist with financial planning and strategy development.
