Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team during the interim period.
  • Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or QBE
  • Proven experience in managing financial operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • A track record of successfully managing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
