As a KPI & Business Improvement Analyst, you'll play a key role in monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement across a large European network.You'll be responsible for analysing complex data sets, creating insightful reports and dashboards, supporting strategic projects, and working with stakeholders across multiple countries to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse large volumes of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and performance analysis tools.
  • Support the management and development of key performance reporting systems.
  • Produce insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and support multiple business improvement and transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across European markets.
  • Monitor project progress and support successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting activities.

The Successful Applicant



About YouWe're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent communication skills.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience analysing and interpreting complex data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards and management reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to confidently present findings and recommendations.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within automotive, motorcycle, retail, aftersales, or network operations environments.
  • Knowledge of KPI management and performance measurement.
  • Understanding of European business operations.
  • Additional European language skills.
