Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
  • Utilise data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and decision-making.
  • Partner with external agencies to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies throughout all recruitment activities.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Talent Acquisition & Planning should have:

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • A strong educational background, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes for a large organisation.
  • Familiarity with data-driven approaches to talent management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
