With a diverse workforce spanning multiple UK and international partner locations, this is an exciting opportunity to influence how learning, leadership and capability development are designed and delivered at scale.This is a newly evolved role with a strong learning and development focus. Working closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across faculties and directorates, you'll help identify the skills, capabilities and leadership requirements needed both now and over the next five years.You'll play a pivotal role in modernising and enhancing our learning offer, ensuring colleagues have access to engaging, accessible and future-focused development opportunities.A major priority will be supporting the implementation and adoption of a new learning management system, alongside the development of a comprehensive e-learning strategy. Experience of learning platforms such as Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning or similar solutions would be highly advantageous.You'll also contribute to the review and enhancement of key people processes including manager check-ins, probation reviews, one-to-ones and performance conversations, helping create a consistent and engaging employee experience across the organisation.Job DescriptionPartner with leaders and HR colleagues to assess current and future workforce capability needs.Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives that support organisational priorities.Lead and support the implementation of a new learning management system and associated e-learning provision.Drive the effective utilisation of platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and other digital learning resources.Design engaging blended learning solutions including face-to-face, virtual and self-directed learning.Work collaboratively with internal specialists, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning content.Support leadership and management development initiatives.Review and improve performance, development and feedback frameworks, including manager check-ins, probation processes and one-to-ones.Use data and insight to measure impact, identify trends and shape future learning priorities.Contribute to wider organisational development, employee engagement, wellbeing and culture programmes.The Successful ApplicantExperience designing and delivering learning and organisational development initiatives within a complex organisation.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Experience developing learning pathways, capability frameworks and leadership development programmes.Knowledge of digital learning platforms and e-learning implementation.Experience of Cornerstone or a similar Learning Management System (LMS) is desirable but not essential.Experience supporting organisational change and future workforce planning.Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills.A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.What's on OfferThis is a unique opportunity to help shape the future learning and development strategy of a growing organisation with an expanding national and international footprint.
