The organisation promotes a collaborative and supportive culture where employees are encouraged to develop their skills, contribute new ideas and build rewarding long-term careers.Job DescriptionThe Legal Counsel will be:Providing legal support on a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer, supplier and distribution agreements.Advising the business on construction-related contracts, risk allocation and project delivery matters.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contractual documentation.Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercial legal advice.Supporting the wider business on legal risk management, compliance and contract governance initiatives.The Successful ApplicantThe Legal Counsel should be:A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE gained in-house or in private practice.Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.Able to demonstrate strong construction contract experience, ideally including NEC, JCT or similar frameworks.Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives.Confident managing stakeholders and delivering practical legal advice across a fast-paced organisation.Self-motivated, adaptable and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.What's on OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer that genuinely invests in employee development and career progression.
