Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to aid in decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
