Job Description

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Support the year-end audit process and prepare audit schedules.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Produce financial reports for stakeholders within the Not For Profit sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the Not For Profit sector or similar industries (Independent School Sector is a bonus)
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
