Job Description

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Analyse variances and provide commentary to support business performance.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Contribute to internal and external audit processes as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Qualified by Experience or Finalist level ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
