Job Description

A broad, hands-on Finance Manager role with responsibility for management accounts, budgeting and forecasting across the international group. You'll be expected to go beyond producing numbers - challenging variances, understanding operational drivers and partnering with stakeholders to improve performance. There's also a key systems and inventory focus as the business moves to a new manufacturing ERP, alongside the opportunity to take ownership of group consolidation and reporting as you settle into the role.Key Responsibilities;

  • Producing monthly management accounts.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Stock valuation and inventory accounting.
  • Working closely with manufacturing teams to understand and analyse costs.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cost control and profitability.
  • Preparing information for board reporting.
  • Supporting ERP and finance system improvements.
  • Providing commercially focused analysis and insight to senior management.
  • Working across multiple international operations and currencies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified accountant (ideally CIMA) with proven Management Accountant experience
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of working with overseas entities/ international exposure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A commercially minded approach



What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Flexible working hours however, this is 5 days per week in office
  • 10% - 20% annual bonus, depending on independent and company performance
