Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available for stakeholders.
  • Manage complex reconciliations
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to support effective financial planning.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up to date.
  • Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and processes as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional Accountancy Qualified required (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc)
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to handle complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
