Job Description

  • Lead all marketing activity across the UK & MEA, acting as the primary regional marketing partner to Operations leadership.
  • Deliver and optimise an aligned go‑to‑market strategy to drive client opportunities, conversion rates, PRC and customer experience (NPS).
  • Partner with the Channel Marketing Director to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Influence and shape regional marketing initiatives to meet operational and commercial needs while aligning with global marketing priorities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and uphold the Customer Promise across all markets.
  • Strengthen brand presence to differentiate from local competitors.
  • Collaborate with Core marketing and external agencies on PR, research, and content development.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to Operations and MLT leadership teams.
  • Share regional best practices and support the roll‑out of global marketing programmes and pilots.
  • Oversee usage, reporting and licence management for RPS and Sales Navigator.
  • Drive participation in the Global Satisfaction Survey (GSS) to ensure robust NPS sample sizes; deliver monthly NPS reporting.
  • Support and influence the day-to-day work of local Core marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Contribute to global practices by identifying cross‑market synergies and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a complex, multi‑market or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable commercial impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects and programmes simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded, able to balance long‑term strategic priorities with short‑term business needs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions and regions.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure, clarity, and prioritisation to complex situations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs, reporting, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, consistent, brand‑aligned messaging.
  • Agile, adaptable, and pragmatic in approach; thrives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Demonstrates leadership behaviours aligned with values: clarity, authenticity, customer‑centricity, and continuous learning.
