Job Description

  • Plan and deliver marketing activity that supports brand awareness and commercial priorities.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs and coordinate activity with agency partners.
  • Manage marketing plans, timelines and budgets to keep work on track.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing activity reflects business priorities.
  • Review campaign performance and use findings to improve future activity.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and channels.
  • Coordinate the creation of campaign assets, ensuring they are ready for use on time.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on marketing plans, delivery progress and results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Marketing Manager' should have:

  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing campaign briefs.
  • Knowledge of brand marketing within an FMCG setting.
  • Ability to manage marketing plans, budgets and deadlines.
  • Experience reviewing campaign performance and using data to guide decisions.
  • Ability to produce clear marketing communications and maintain brand consistency.
