Job Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with key national accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored own-label solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and delivery of projects.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, building brand awareness and fostering relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Account Manager - Own Label should have:

  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
  • A strong understanding of own-label products and their development processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
