The team advises on construction documentation including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees and escrow agreements, alongside the construction aspects of developments, funding arrangements, agreements for lease and property transactions.The role will focus solely on non-contentious construction work and will offer exposure to high-quality clients and matters, with opportunities to work collaboratively across other practice areas.The Successful ApplicantIdeally, you will already have experience working on non-contentious construction matters within a UK private practice law firm. Candidates with relevant commercial real estate or development experience may also be considered.You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working to demanding deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
