They are a growing legal team and focus on delivering high-quality services and fostering a professional environment.Job Description1- 2 years Solid experience as a Paralegal in Commercial PropertyA good understanding of the conveyancing process in England and Wales.Solid practical experience in using the Land Registry Portal including searching for titles, downloading documents, checking priority lists, carrying out Land Registry based searches.An understanding of the different types of land rights available including freehold land, leases, easements and wayleaves.A strong ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
