They are known for their commitment to operational excellence and providing a professional environment for their employeesJob DescriptionThis is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for processing the Directors and Management payroll as well as the effective operation of the payroll function and be accountable for ensuring that all relevant payroll deadlines are met.Provide leadership, guidance and support for a payroll teamDrive continuous improvement processes in line with the needs of a growing large business and work collaboratively with other departments to solve problemsEnsure the full reconciliation of payroll, in order to report accurately to HMRC and pensions providers. This will include the development and running of audit and exception reports, with overall responsibility for ensuring that any issues are investigated and resolved.Responsible for the administration of the company's Pension and Insured Benefit Schemes (renewals), providing support to the CPO in maintaining relationships with providers, keeping knowledge up-to-date and communicating and implementing changes.
