Job Description

  • Provide support across all HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Support performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to address team and individual employee needs.
  • Handle confidential HR matters with sensitivity and professionalism.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Operations Partner should have:

  • Previous experience in a human resources or people operations role within the media and agency industry.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
