Job Description

This role includes:

  • Reporting into senior procurement leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening and developing the company's global supplier network.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and on boarding new suppliers to support business growth and product development.
  • Leading supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favourable contract terms, and reliable supply agreements.
  • Managing and developing strong supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.
  • Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analysing procurement and supply chain data to identify efficiencies, mitigate risks, and deliver cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintaining procurement documentation, contracts, and sourcing records.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Planning, Finance, and Product Development.
  • Supporting supply continuity and long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business demand.



The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver favourable commercial outcomes and manage contracts effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or a regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
