Job Description

The responsibilities of the role includes:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for a large-scale, multi-site rollout programme
  • Manage scheduling, including coordinating timelines, meetings, and deployment activities across multiple offices
  • Maintain trackers, action logs, and task lists to monitor progress and ensure deadlines were met
  • Coordinate internal communications, including drafting and sending scheduling updates, instructions, and reminders
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT, Facilities, Office Management) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Organise onsite logistics, including booking meeting rooms, arranging building access, and supporting site readiness
  • Manage inventory-related admin of the rollout
  • Escalate delays, blockers, and logistical risks to ensure timely resolution and continuity
  • Supported post-activity processes, including tracking completion, follow-ups, and administrative close-out

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator will have:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across scheduling, tracking, and documentation
  • Proven ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders without formal authority
