Job Description

A successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Provide cost management for property-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed budgets, cost plans, and forecasts for all assigned projects.
  • Manage tendering processes and assess contractor submissions.
  • Conduct valuations and ensure timely payments to contractors.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
