Job Description

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and growing team advising on a broad range of transport and infrastructure matters, including:

  • Major transport projects and infrastructure developments
  • Commercial contracts and procurement arrangements
  • Concessions and public-private partnerships
  • Regulatory and operational advisory work
  • Asset acquisition and financing transactions
  • Strategic infrastructure and mobility projects
  • Cross-border and international mandates



The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters, working closely with leading partners and clients while contributing to business development and team growth.You will need experience:

  • Advising clients on complex commercial and infrastructure-related transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Managing matters independently and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong commercial and transactional experience
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience advising on transport, infrastructure, projects, procurement or regulated sectors
  • Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving ability
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
