Job Description

  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • New Product Development (NPD)
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
  • Engineering & Operational Stakeholder Management
  • Transformation & Change Programmes
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Support project delivery by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Create detailed reports, workflows, and process maps.
  • Work closely with the technology team to implement system enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practice



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in a business analyst role working in Product Development
  • New Product Development (NPD)
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
  • Stakeholder Management across technical and business teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating process maps and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
