Inside IR35 (DOE)About Our ClientOur client is looking for a highly experienced and commercially minded Senior Business Analyst who can operate autonomously across a broad range of business functions and transformation initiativesJob DescriptionThe role will rapidly establish and challenge current ways of working, define robust target-state processes and operating requirements, and translate business needs into practical improvements across people, process, data and technologyLead the analysis, design and optimisation of end-to-end business processes across multiple functions.Assess current-state processes and define target operating models that improve efficiency, scalability, governance and performance.Evaluate process maturity and implement standards, controls, ownership and documentation frameworks.Gather, challenge and validate business requirements, ensuring solutions deliver genuine business outcomes.Identify root causes of business issues and recommend process, organisational, data or technology improvements.Analyse cross-functional value chains to improve workflows, system integration's and stakeholder hand-offs.Translate business requirements into clear specifications for systems, automation, reporting and process improvements.Define data requirements, ownership, controls and reporting needs to support effective decision-making.Produce high-quality process maps, business requirements and governance documentation.Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels to build consensus and drive delivery.Prioritise improvement initiatives based on business value, risk, complexity and strategic objectives.Independently manage complex and ambiguous business challenges, delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Business Analyst should have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in business data analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Proficiency in data visualisation tools and reporting software.Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear manner.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A solid understanding of technology systems and data workflows.The successful candidate will be comfortable working in ambiguity, engaging senior stakeholders and moving between unfamiliar business domains while maintaining a strong focus on end-to-end value, scalability and operational maturity.What's on OfferDaily rate: inside IR35 dependent on the level of experience.Temporary contract6 month contractOpportunity to work on data projects within the manufacturing sector.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
