Job Description

  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial analysis and strategic advice.
  • Management of 1 other Finance Business Partner.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Work closely with project teams to assess financial viability and performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior finance team members where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent educational background.
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance, particularly within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
